Located in the heart of Birmingham's business district, Two Snowhill provides 120,000 sq ft of Grade A Office space to the city centre. The development sits alongside its sister building - One Snowhill - in a public realm landscaped setting, and houses four retail / leisure units in addition to office space.
We created a suite of images and a short film to capture the essence of the development for potential investors and tenants, focusing on the building’s central location and proximity to Snowhill Station.
Journey was key to this story, so our film uses light to guide the viewer along, gradually and dramatically illuminating the space to reveal its potential: a blank canvas that allows occupiers to make their own mark. The intention is to excite and inform the viewer, with key messages delivered as 3D light boxes that flicker into life, whilst the bold palette complements existing brand literature.
