One New Burlington Place

Seconds from Regent Street on one side and Savile Row on the other, One New Burlington Place is in one of the most desirable office and retail locations in the country. Rents in the area are some of the highest in the UK, yet many of its Regency buildings are inflexible, mean on natural light and not built for the requirements of modern businesses. One New Burlington Place gives businesses something completely different.

Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), One New Burlington Street is a slice of modern design that slots behind and between listed heritage facades. It creates a building that’s modern and airy, with a striking curved glass exterior, spacious reception and roof garden.

We’d worked with Exemplar when they were marketing the building directly opposite at 10 New Burlington Place. So it was a real compliment to be asked to tackle its sister development.

We helped businesses see how much it could improve their working lives by creating a suite of CGIs, plus a film full of sweeping shots through and around the building. Shown on a giant screen in the sales suite, the film let prospective tenants see the bright, open spaces, big, flexible floorplans and the refinement of detail in the design’s fittings and materials. They could take a close look at vignette details like the routed timber on the stairs as well as seeing just how well the modern building slotted in amongst its 19th century neighbours. Businesses were impressed and Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors quickly snapped up the development’s 32,000 sq. ft. of flagship retail space.
