Contrary to what the UK’s digital and advertising worlds think, not everyone knows Shoreditch. So when Derwent London wanted to market their high profile White Collar Factory development right on “Silicon Roundabout”, we helped them explain to an international audience exactly what makes this part of London special.
Ask the locals
There’s no one better to give you an insight into an area than someone who lives or works there. So we went out and asked them. With so many high profile businesses, restaurants and creative minds clustering in Shoreditch, we were able to assemble a heavyweight cast of neighbourhood place ambassadors including the celebrity chef Angela Hartnett, designer Morag Myerscough and Matt Clark, partner at ad agency Mother.
Intercutting personal interviews with footage of the area, we looked to communicate the creative energy, connectivity and pool of talent that made Shoreditch so appealing to creative and tech businesses.
